WebStarters might not be your issue. It's all about getting ground to the starter. Had a fiat in for that issue and I had to hard wire the starter to battery ground. Replacing it may remedy the issue for a bit but it comes down to poor chassis ground to trans/starter . Bulletins exist for crank/no start and no crank/no start.
