WebMar 8, 2024 · At about 4K miles I finally learned to shift smoothly by lifting off the throttle before depressing the clutch to compensate for the rev hang when making the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. That works well. I've just reached 12K miles and the occasional notchy shift into 2nd has disappeared and all shifts are nice and smooth!
