The Albert, closed and standing forlorn on his corner of Princess Road for almost six years, was finally resurrected and allowed to breathe again, his doors opened to a changed world, but one to which he has always adapted since his inception in 1846. WebbBeen here 10+ times. It’s a great pub with lovely staff who have worked through the pandemic feeding the neighbourhood with takeaway Sunday lunch and other meals.
